I recently had an accident in my car by running into the back of another vehicle and, as a result there was major impact damage to the front of my car, i.e. crushed bonnet and grill, left headlight smashed and also the radiator was punctured.  The insurance company decided to “write off” my car and offered me an amount of money for it.  However, after talking to Ian and Paul at Alexander Motors, they advised me that I did not have to accept what my insurance company were saying and that I could “buy back” my car and have the repairs carried out independently.  After considering all the facts, and as my car was “driveable”, I decided to “buy” it back and was offered an amount of money plus my car back. 

 Ian and Paul at Alexander Motors has carried out a brilliant job on my little Clio and has used all “new” parts, i.e. new bonnet, new headlight, new radiator and new grill and only charged a fraction of what I imagine the insurance company’s garage were going to charge.  All in all, both parties have benefited – I have a small amount of money left over from paying the bill for the repairs from the settlement received from the insurance company and Alexander Motors have made a profit for their business.  I had my car back within 2 days of leaving it with the garage!!!

I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Alexander Motors for their excellent and efficient work – my car looks like new and I am absolutely delighted.
