Service was great, car wasn't..... no sound from multimedia system, cambelt hadn't been changed for over 10 years and once I got the car checked by an engineer - there is a fault in the 4 wheel drive system. Don't buy a car unless you take an experienced mechanic/technician/engineer with you.

Cars are unpredictable, while the vehicle can show no signs of any mechanical issue, an issue can arise and escalate at any moment. This is why we offer 3 months warranty with every vehicle, to assure you that if any issue does arise, then we will be able to deal with this really swiftly. Your vehicle is under warranty, as we have informed you at the time of the sale and you're more than welcome to go through your warranty to have the fault rectified. In regards to the cam belt, the vehicle has only done 45,000 miles, and is not due for a cam belt change. Additionally, you were aware about the cam belt not being changed, if you requested for us to change then that would be something we could help you with, without an issue. We have had customers that have asked for the cam belt to be changed on multiple occasions, and we are able to get it done for them at a trade price, as we work closely with various mechanics and garages - making this much more affordable for the customer, as opposed to taking your vehicle to a mechanic as a general customer.
