From the word hello the 'customer journey' was 5 star! They met me on Sunday out of hours to suit my needs, Looked around the current stock in my own time without being blinded sided by a sales rep. Once I had chosen a few cars to explore, I was given a very detailed review of the products. After our discussion I was offered a test drive on any of the cars I wished. My test drive was great, the team know the area well. From the test drive I had found my future car and Alexander Motors did the rest to ensure I drove it home that evening. When I came to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that they had added a new MOT to the vehicle due to the previous only had 4 months remaining. On top of that I was also given a 3 month warranty. The service I received from start to finish was exceptional A** - I will defiantly be recommending to friends and family.
