Robert was very good, very practical. The car I purchased experienced an unexpected gearbox issue two weeks after collecting. Robert swiftly booked it in with his supplier, it turned out that it had a key gearbox internal component failure which Robert sorted with no fuss and picked up 2 days later from the garage. My car was taken in part exchange, I did explain it was not in very good condition which Robert only fully realised after the deal was done and accepted this with no quibbles. Excellent customer service from this Gent, would definetly use again and would highly recommend.

Rob is a very friendly knowledgeable person who didn’t pressure for a sale. We looked at the vehicle, on road test a warning light appeared on the dash. Rob bent over backwards to resolve the issue for us, he kept us up to date through the process. We then collected the vehicle 2 days later after a road test. Very very satisfied with the service and would absolutely recommend.
